POWER THE FIGHT FOR JUSTICE

Together, we can secure truth, justice and accountability for our clients.

WE NEED YOUR HELP TO FEARLESSLY FIGHT INJUSTICE

Like you, we want to help create a world where everyone lives
free from systemic discrimination.

That’s why, alongside our clients, we use strategic legal action to hold governments to account for discrimination and human rights violations. Our work creates waves of change and stops injustices from happening again.

Our powerful opponents try to grind us and our clients down – but with your support, we’re up for the fight.

Your tax-deductible donation to the National Justice Project will help us secure truth, justice and accountability with our clients. Thanks for your support!

WE ARE 100% PEOPLE POWERED

We don’t accept any funding from governments – instead, we hold them to account. That’s why the support of people like you is vital to ensure our independence.

WHAT WE FIGHT FOR

The National Justice Project has been fighting the Australian Government in court over its mistreatment of refugees, all the way to the High Court

REFUGEE JUSTICE

We are taking legal action against the government to own up to their duty of care to refugees in offshore detention. Your support will help fund 40 legal cases seeking accountability for the harm our clients suffered in offshore detention.

The National Justice Project fought alongside the family of Naomi Williams in the Coronial inquest examining her death

HEALTH JUSTICE

We advocate for urgent reform to address the failure of governments to provide culturally-safe healthcare free from discrimination against First Nations people, refugees, and people in prisons.

Alongside clients like Leetona Dungay, we hold governments to account for discrimination and violence experienced by people in prisons and youth detention facilities

POLICE & PRISON REFORM

We represent people who have been discriminated against by police or prisons. We take action to put an end to the over-incarceration and over-policing of First Nations people.
